Microsoft 365 has evolved over the years; have you kept up?

With constant updates, new features, and shifting best practices, staying current is essential for maximizing productivity and collaboration. If you're still using it the same way you did years ago, it might be time for a refresh.

Microsoft 365 runs your workday—but most teams are only scratching the surface.

If your people are using just 10–15% of its power, that’s a whole lot of wasted time and rework.

Who needs Microsoft 365 training?

Everyone.

Skill levels vary wildly, and what passed for “advanced” at one job might be basic somewhere else. That’s why we start with quick, objective assessments to pinpoint exactly where each user needs help—then we fill in the gaps fast and get them flying.

Two people, a woman and a man, are preparing holiday gifts in a room decorated with string lights. The woman is sitting at a table working on a laptop, smiling, while the man stands next to her holding a Christmas stocking. The table has wrapped gifts, wrapping paper, and craft supplies, and the background shows a gray wall with hanging string lights.

What is Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based collaboration platform with Microsoft applications and other productive services that users can subscribe to based on their needs. Users can access emails, contacts, calendars, and other Office apps like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote over the internet.

With Microsoft 365 plans, users can install the latest versions of Microsoft applications on multiple devices like PCs, Tablets, Phones, and iPads. Microsoft 365 includes SharePoint Online, which allows creating, sharing, and managing data, users, site pages, and other resources. It also provides customized enterprise search capability, making finding content in electronic form easier across the organization.

Microsoft Office Evolved

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) was introduced in 2014 and changed the world of Microsoft Office. Now that everything is cloud-based, it receives regular feature and functionality updates as opposed to the old lifecycle of updates and new releases every 2 or 3 years. This means your office applications will always be up-to-date and feature the latest functionality across all
office products.

New Ways to Work Smarter with Microsoft 365

“You don’t know what you don’t know” has never been more true—especially with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

These apps have evolved, but most users haven’t. They’re still clicking through habits from 2012 while the software’s sprinted into 2025. That’s where we come in.

We help your team ditch outdated workflows and tap into the latest time-saving features—so they can do more, faster, with less frustration.

Updates, Updates, and now…. Copilot

With Microsoft 365, your organization is always on the latest version—no costly upgrades, no waiting for new features. But staying current isn’t the same as staying informed.

New tools roll out constantly—like Microsoft Copilot, which brings AI-powered productivity into Word, Excel, Outlook, and more. Yet most teams don’t know what’s changed, what’s possible, or how to use it.

That’s where we come in. We help your workforce stay ahead of the curve—so you get the full ROI from your Microsoft 365 investment.

Microsoft 365 Training That’s Actually Fun (No, Really!)

Since 2012, we’ve been on a mission to make training the best part of your team’s day. Forget the boring webinars—our sessions are live, lively, and packed with personality. Nobody’s zoning out with our training.

We grab attention fast with a playful, practical style that makes people lean in—and light up when they realize they just learned a trick that’ll save them hours every week.

But don’t let the fun fool you. Our content is sharp, current, and designed to make a real impact. Whether online or in person, we customize every session for your team’s needs, so they walk away energized, empowered, and ready to crush their workday.

There’s no better feeling than knowing that your job has become easier, your days more productive and you have a refreshed excitement for your job. That’s what our training delivers.

Your company’s needs are unique. Your training should be too.

We start by creating a needs analysis for your team. A needs analysis is essential because it identifies areas we'll focus on for your customized training. We determine who needs training, the departments that need training, and what outcomes you’d love to see. That deep dive drives our comprehensive training plan for your organization.

Then, time to execute. Our customized training classes focus on your organization and what your team needs to succeed. We meet your team where they are, build on skills as we go and work closely with everyone at the organization.

Training is delivered either in-person or virtually. Either option is exceptional. We believe in providing more than just a slide deck. In order to learn, you need a real person with real experience and the ability to ask live questions and get live answers.

After the initial training is complete, you receive a detailed report on the training. We will review:
